We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, fill out a survey, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, and any data captured during survey activities (like GPS coordinates for SurveyOg).
We use the collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, communicate with you, and ensure the security of our platform. For SurveyOg, GPS data is used solely for the purpose of verifying data collection locations as requested by your survey projects.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All survey responses in SurveyOg are encrypted during transit and at rest.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers (like Firebase or hosting providers) to the extent necessary to operate our apps.
